摘要: 采用低压化学气相沉积方法制备碳纳米管薄膜电极,研究碳纳米管薄膜的电容去离子行为.碳纳米管薄膜主要由中孔和部分大孔组成,适合电容去离子应用.详细研究了工作条件(流速、电压)和离子特性对碳纳米管薄膜电容去离子性能的影响.结果表明:电极电压越高,除盐率越高;存在一个最佳流速,此时除盐率最高;离子半径越小,电荷越小的离子,更容易吸附.Abstract: Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) films electrodes were fabricated by low pressure and low temperature thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD) for capacitive deionization (CDI) application. The CNTs films were mainly composed of mesopores (2~50 nm) and a small portion of macropores (50 nm). The pore size distribution was optimal for CDI application. The CDI capacity was also dependent on working parameters: Higher ions removal is achieved with higher applied voltage and an optimal flow rate. The CDI capacity is dependent on ions properties: monovalent ions with smaller hydrated radii are preferentially removed from water.
