Ultrastructure of the microtubular cytoskeleton in Euplotes eurystomus(Hypotrichous, ciliophora)

  • 摘要: 采用透射电镜术显示腹毛类纤毛虫阔口游仆虫(Euplotes eurystomus)的微管类细胞骨架包括纤毛器微管骨架和非纤毛器微管骨架.结果表明:细胞皮层纤毛器中除纤毛杆、纤毛基体微管外,其基体间连接纤维、基体托架、基体附属微管、纤毛器基部附属微管束以及围棘纤维篮等也是皮层纤毛器微管的重要组成部分,各种微管相互联系、聚集形成纤毛器微管骨架系统;细胞非纤毛区皮层含有表膜下微管层、表膜下颗粒层微管、胞质微管束,以及皮层凸起或加厚层的微管,它们由单根微管或多根微管聚合形成非纤毛器微管骨架系统.所得结果为深入揭示腹毛类纤毛虫皮层微管骨架的建构细节提供了基础资料.
