Application of ISO/IEC 19796 Standard in the Project of Teacher Education’s Innovation Platform

摘要: 首先,介绍了教师教育创新平台项目和ISO/IEC 19796标准中提出的质量方法描述参考框架(RFDQ);其次,详细说明了需求分析和框架分析在教师教育创新平台项目中的应用和指导作用;最后,从产品、服务和解决方案的角度去保障创新项目的建设质量,从而为免费师范生和中小学教师提供优质的学习和教学资源.

Abstract: Firstly, this paper introduced the project and the Reference Framework for the Description of Quality Approaches (RFDQ) which was proposed by ISO/IEC 19796 Standard. Secondly, it described the application and guidance of need analysis and framework analysis in the project. Lastly, in order to provide tuition-free normal college students and primary and secondary school teachers with excellent learning and teaching resources, it ensured innovation projects construction quality from the standpoint of products, services and solutions. -
