Distribution characteristics of chlorophyll a and its relationship with phytoplankton density in Lake Dianshan

摘要: 根据2009年10月至2010年9月进行的淀山湖生态调查资料,报道了浮游植物叶绿素a浓度与浮游植物密度的水平与时间分布特征,并探讨了二者的相关性.结果表明:(1)淀山湖浮游植物叶绿素a浓度范围为0.87~139.43mg/m3、平均值为25.352.71mg/m3;(2)浮游植物 密度范围为0.40~210.91106ind/L、平均值为(10.022.45)106ind/L;(3)浮游植物叶绿素a浓度与浮游植物密度在时间分布上呈现春夏季较高,秋冬季较低的特点,在水平分布上呈现北高南低的特点;(4)叶绿素a浓度与浮游植物密度的相关性分析表明,浮游植物总密度与叶绿素a浓度在0.01水平下显著相关,绿藻门、蓝藻门、硅藻门、隐藻门浮游植物对叶绿素a浓度的贡献较高,不同浮游植物对叶绿素a浓度的贡献随季节发生变化.Abstract: This paper reported the horizontal and temporal distribution pattern of chlorophyll a and phytoplankton density as well as their relationships, which were based on the ecology investigation carried out in Lake Dianshan from October 2009 to September 2010. The results showed that:(1) The chlorophyll a concentration was ranged from 0.87 to 139.43mg/m3 with a mean of(25.352.71)mg/m3;(2) The phytoplankton density was ranged from 0.40 to 210.91106ind/L with a mean of (10.022.45)106ind/L;(3) In the temporal scale,both chlorophyll a and phytoplankton density were higher in spring and summer and lower in autumn and winter. In the horizontal scale, they were higherin northern sites than in southern sites;(4) Correlation analysis showed that chlorophyll a and phytoplankton density were significantly correlated (Sig.0.01), and Chlorophyta,Cyanophyta,Bacillariophyta and Cryptophytas densities contributions to chlorophyll a concentration were higher than other categories.And the contributions varied with seasons.
